From tender process- Inviting three Painting Contractors to tender on the project according to a detailed specification and compliance checklist. Prepared by All Things Painting, Consulting & Project Managing.
Body Corporate Meeting- Delivering three Painting Contractors compliant quotation and proposals on time for meeting, with overview document on all three contractors capabilities.
Project Managing- Two weekly visits for the duration of the project, to manage the works of the successful contractor. Liaising between management and contractor to ensure each stage of the project is completed, and repairs are rectified to fullfil the specification.
To Completion- With all stages completed, and all repairs and defects list rectified before the final stage payment sign off.
