Everything we do is focused on delivering the best experience possible. Once you have engaged us, this is what you recieve
  • Step 1:
  • Site Inspection- I will conduct a thorough site inspection with photos and a list of repairs required. Measurements are taken for quantity control of the project. So you get the right amount of coats of paint. If any defects are found above a painters repair capability, we will let you know. Our thorough site inspection and painting knowhow builds a strong Tender for accountability purposes.
  • Step 2:
  • Tender Process- A tender document is then mapped out, which includes; paint supplier specification for your site, scope of works. A detailed staged plan to minimise disruption to your property. Detailed WH&S Height access plan outline for your site. QBCC requirements check on all painting contractors invited to the tender. We make sure you have reputable painting contractors.
  • Step 3:
  • Tender Invitation- we then invite three painting contractors who have the capability for your project size. If your Body Corporate or Strata Manager has someone in mind, they can be included. They are called to a site meeting, where they are given the tender documents and briefed on the project. This ensures all three painting contractors are quoting on the exact same components. 'Apples for Apples"
  • Step 4:
  • Tender Delivery- a deadline is given for delivery of tender documents, based on a deadline given by the client. A location, time and date, so the paper version can be delivered. To be opened at the same time with client witnesses. Price and compliance are noted. After all three are opened and noted,all three painting contractors deliver an online version to the Strata Manager. A fair process for all.
